Questions
Honest answers.
What counts toward the daily allowance?
Lessons, kanji sets, vocabulary and kanji quizzes, drills and JLPT practice: 10 questions a day without an account, 20 a day with a free account, and 5 right in a row earns one back. Kana, grammar guides, reading, culture, your reviews (due cards and missed questions) and Play never count. The listening drill isn't a review, so it counts.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone or Android app are refunded through the App Store or Google Play.
What does “founding price” mean?
$6 a month is our launch price (the regular price is $9.99). There is no deadline. If the regular price ever applies, yours stays where it started for as long as you keep the plan.
How do I cancel?
Anytime from Settings › Plan › Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Is the app the same as the website?
Yes. One account works on iPhone, Android and the web, and your progress follows you. Prices inside the app are set by the App Store and Google Play.
Who is Pro Plus for?
People who want to talk every day: up to 5 roleplay scenes a day, roleplay history with transcript export, and double the pronunciation-score allowance.
